Annual Reports

Now over four years into the implementation phase of the West Midlands Regional Forestry Framework, the significant buy-in and engagement of stakeholder individuals and organisations who seek to realise the benefits that trees, woodland and forestry can bring to the region continues.  It is through their individual activities, projects and influence that any progress has been charted and future plans incorporated into the refresh of the Forestry Framework and the three-year rolling Delivery Plan 2008-2011.

2007-2008 Annual Report
This, the fourth monitoring exercise since 2004, has been very encouraging with again an excellent level of responses in geographical and sectoral terms. The total number received, including those from the West Midlands Business Health Check Survey was 103; the majority coming from the private sector, 12 from public agencies and a further 19 from regional and sub-regional partnerships, conservation bodies and initiatives.
